If you like to smoke or big roasts an injector is a key part of your arsenal. Recently we met the guys from Artisan Smokers, a large smoking/BBQ community. They had these injectors custom made for them and they are pretty cool.
This is one of those products that can be pretty awesome, that is if you follow the instructions, keep it clean, etc...
